Standard Terms of Trade
- 1. Reservations are held for 3 business days; a deposit of 50% or more is required or the reservation is automatically cancelled.
- 2. Shipping begins once the agreed deposit has been received.
- 3. After full payment, documents are sent via courier (DHL).
- 4. Letters of Credit at sight are accepted from selected countries.
- 5. A scanned copy of the T.T. transfer is required after payment to avoid processing delays.
Shipping Terms
- FOB — Free On Board
- The price excludes ocean freight and covers cost only up to the loading point in Japan.
- CFR / CIF — Cost and Freight / Cost, Insurance and Freight
- The price includes all Japan-side costs plus ocean freight; insurance is available on request.
- T.T. — Telegraphic Transfer / Wire Transfer
- Our recommended payment method — the quickest and safest way to pay via major banks.
- L/C — Letter of Credit
- Accepted at sight from selected countries; consult your nearest bank for details.
