Standard Terms of Trade

  1. 1. Reservations are held for 3 business days; a deposit of 50% or more is required or the reservation is automatically cancelled.
  2. 2. Shipping begins once the agreed deposit has been received.
  3. 3. After full payment, documents are sent via courier (DHL).
  4. 4. Letters of Credit at sight are accepted from selected countries.
  5. 5. A scanned copy of the T.T. transfer is required after payment to avoid processing delays.

Shipping Terms

FOB — Free On Board
The price excludes ocean freight and covers cost only up to the loading point in Japan.
CFR / CIF — Cost and Freight / Cost, Insurance and Freight
The price includes all Japan-side costs plus ocean freight; insurance is available on request.
T.T. — Telegraphic Transfer / Wire Transfer
Our recommended payment method — the quickest and safest way to pay via major banks.
L/C — Letter of Credit
Accepted at sight from selected countries; consult your nearest bank for details.
